SMS Text Messaging Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the 1441 Collective SMS text messaging program. By opting in, you agree to them.
Program description
When you opt in to the 1441 Collective SMS service, you agree to receive text messages related to your deliverables and account, including reminders before work is due, notifications when work is overdue, and related account notifications.
Consent
By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box during onboarding, or by texting START to our number, you consent to receive automated text messages from 1441 Collective at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies. You will typically receive a few messages per week, up to a maximum of two reminders per deliverable.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
Opt-out
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP. After you text STOP, we will send a confirmation and you will stop receiving messages. To resume, text START.

Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your mobile information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy at 1441collective.com/privacy. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
