1441 Collective (“1441 Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a creator-founded, brand-operator-backed collective working with creators and brands in health, wellness, and lifestyle. This policy applies to 1441collective.com, our forms and applications, and our SMS text messaging program.

Information we collect
We collect only what we need to work with you:
- Information you give us directly — name, email address, mobile phone number, social handles, and anything else you submit through our creator application, brand inquiry, or newsletter forms.
- Onboarding and engagement information — deliverables, deadlines, and campaign details for creators we work with.
- Consent records — whether you opted in to text messages, when, and how.
- Basic technical information — IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the site.
How we use your information
We use the information above to:
- Respond to your inquiry or application and communicate with you about working together.
- Operate creator engagements — sending briefs, deliverable reminders, and account notifications.
- Send our newsletter and other updates, where you have asked to receive them.
- Maintain records of consent and comply with our legal obligations.
- Understand how the site is used so we can improve it.
SMS / Text Messaging
1441 Collective offers an SMS text messaging program to send deliverable reminders and related account notifications to creators who work with us and who have opted in to receive texts.
How we collect your number. You provide your mobile number and give consent by checking a consent box during our creator onboarding process, or by texting START to our messaging number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of working with us.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You will typically receive a few messages per week, with a maximum of two reminders per deliverable (one before it is due and one if it becomes overdue).
Costs. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
We do not share your mobile information. No mobile information — including your phone number, consent status, or opt-in data — will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data is used solely to operate this text messaging program. We may share your number only with service providers (such as our SMS platform, Twilio) strictly as needed to deliver the messages you have requested.
Opting out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages, unless you re-subscribe by texting START. For help, reply HELP or email info@1441collective.com.
Data retention. We retain SMS records (consent, messages, and opt-out status) as needed to operate the program, maintain records of your consent, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these situations:
- Service providers — vendors who help us operate, such as our SMS platform (Twilio), email and newsletter tools, hosting, and analytics. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Brand partners — where you are a creator participating in a campaign, we share the details needed to run that campaign, with your knowledge.
- Legal reasons — when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
As stated above, mobile opt-in data and phone numbers are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Cookies and analytics
Our site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working and to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; blocking them may affect how parts of the site function.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain records of your consent, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete it or de-identify it.

- Text messages — reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time.
- Email — use the unsubscribe link in any newsletter, or email us.
- Access, correction, and deletion — depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of your information, correct it, or ask us to delete it.

Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated policy.
